Thomas D. O'Malley,
Chairman & CEO |

Led by Thomas D. O’Malley, PBF Partners’ leadership team has achieved
decades of success in purchasing, selling, upgrading, and operating
refineries and related businesses throughout North America.
Thomas D. O’Malley currently serves as Chairman of Petroplus Holdings
A.G., Europe’s largest independent oil refiner and wholesaler, with
refineries in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and France.
He took Petroplus public in November 2006.
Previously, Mr. O’Malley was Chairman of Premcor, a US domestic
oil refiner and Fortune 250 company listed on the New York Stock
Exchange until its sale to Valero in August 2005. Before joining
Premcor, Mr. O’Malley was Chairman and CEO of Tosco Corporation.
This Fortune® 100 company was the largest independent oil refiner
and marketer of oil products in the United States, with annualized
revenues of approximately $25 billion when it was sold to Phillips
Petroleum in September 2001. He has also served as Vice Chairman
of Salomon Brothers Inc.
Mr. O’Malley has served on the Boards of the National Petroleum
Council, the Listed Company Advisory Board of the New York Stock
Exchange, Lowe’s Companies, PetSmart Inc., and Phillips Petroleum.
Mr. O’Malley’s recent honors include the Refining Leadership Award
from Harts, the Mercantile Exchange’s Director’s Award for Global
Vision, the Humanitarian Award from the National Conference of Christians
& Jews, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and Manhattan College’s
De La Salle Medal. He currently chairs the Board of Trustees for
Manhattan College, his alma mater.

experience in all areas of the petroleum refining industry, including
operations, engineering, logistics, trading, marketing, human resources,
strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Meet the members

Jeffrey Dill, Esq., Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Jeffrey Dill formerly served as Vice President, General Counsel
at Neurogen; as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Premcor;
and as senior in-house legal counsel at ConocoPhillips Company.
Mr. Dill has over 10 years experience providing legal support to
refining, transportation and marketing organizations in the petroleum
industry. He has extensive acquisition and merger experience in
the industry.
Ed Jacoby, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Logistics
Ed Jacoby has spent over 40 years in the petroleum industry. Most
recently he worked as a consultant in the pipeline, marketing, and
terminal arenas, both domestically and overseas. Mr. Jacoby served
as Vice President of Wholesale, Marketing and Distribution at Premcor,
and held similar positions with both Tosco and ConocoPhillips. He
began his career with Exxon, where he spent 25 years, holding positions
in the chemicals, lubricants, marketing, refining, and logistics
businesses.
Ken Isom, Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects and Operations
Ken Isom has spent more than 35 years managing and leading major
capital projects in the petroleum refining industry. He has been
personally responsible for the development and successful completion
of billion-dollar capital programs that not only increased facility
output but also reduced operating costs. Since 2005 he has owned
and operated his own engineering consulting firm, providing strategic
study services on a wide range of process engineering and refining
projects for major refining companies. Mr. Isom served as Vice President,
Capital Projects for Premcor. He started his career with Fina Oil
and Chemicals Company.
Donald F. Lucey, Senior Vice President P Commercial
Donald F. Lucey most recently served as Senior Vice President-Commercial
for Premcor. He formerly worked at Tosco Corporation, subsequently
Phillips Petroleum Company, where he managed Atlantic Basin fuel
oil activities. Before joining Tosco, he worked with Phibro Energy
in its fuel oil products and solid fuels departments throughout
the United States and abroad.
Matthew C. Lucey, Vice President, Financial Analysis
Matthew C. Lucey formerly served as a Managing Director of M.E.
Zukerman & Co., a New York based private equity firm specializing
in several sectors of the broader energy industry. During his seven
years there, he participated in all aspects of the Firm’s energy
investment activities. While at MEZ & Co., he served on the
Management Committee (i.e. Board of Directors) of Penreco, a manufacturer
of specialty petroleum products; Cortez Pipeline Company, a 500
mile CO2 pipeline; and Venture Coke Company, a merchant petroleum
coke calciner. Before joining MEZ & Co., he spent six years
in the banking industry.
Peter B. Terenzio, Jr. Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Peter B. Terenzio, Jr. has more than 15 years experience as a senior
human resources executive. Mr. Terenzio has an extensive background
in both labor and employee relations and the design and implementation
of corporate benefit programs. He is the former Vice President of
Human Resources for Premcor as well as Vice President of Human Resources
and Compliance for Star Gas Partners L.P., a diversified retail
energy company. In addition, he has held senior human resources
and operational roles in the retail industry. Mr. Terenzio has been
highly involved in merger and acquisition activities throughout
his career.
James C. Yates, Vice President, Strategic Analysis
James C. Yates has over 20 years experience in the petroleum industry
working in both operational and commercial roles. During his career
he has worked in engineering, operations planning, fuel blending,
wholesale marketing, operations/logistics, and supply and trading
departments. Mr. Yates has extensive trading experience with futures,
options, various OTC derivatives, and physical products. He has
worked for companies including Premcor, Tosco, Unocal, and Texaco.
Most recently, at Sprague Energy Corp., he was responsible for managing
light products in the Northeast and U.S. Gulf Coast markets. |
